Manufacturing problems often emerge from interactions between the formulation, raw materials, equipment, process parameters, packaging requirements, and real-world operating conditions. I bring extensive experience developing and commercializing powders, protein products, pre-workouts, electrolyte systems, dietary supplements, and other consumer health products—along with the ability to rapidly diagnose unfamiliar technical systems.
I help identify the actual source of poor flow, segregation, clumping, mixing variability, flavor drift, moisture sensitivity, solubility and dispersibility problems, inconsistent fills, yield loss, packaging incompatibility, and scale-up failures. My approach connects formulation science with manufacturing realities rather than treating production symptoms in isolation.
The objective is not merely to rescue the next batch. It is to build a robust, repeatable process that protects product quality, improves throughput, and continues performing at commercial scale.
